Glenwood Ave. Arts fest this weekend

Hey everyone I know its been awhile and sorry about that ! We have a lot of news...first off we're not at Kooky anymore. They closed the doors on Southport a month after it reopened so that was a bummer :( They offered us a spot at Northbridge mall but we decided to take the summer off. Then we did the Constructor Craft fair and did awesome! Then we took a break working on my brothers wedding and staying at our family cottage in Michigan, hanging out at the beach and more hanging out at the beach.
So now you ask "whats next?" Well we will be at Glenwood ave. arts fest this weekend Sat and Sun. so if you are in the area stop by and say hi! We will be at booth 74 and I will be with Uniquery and she has a lot of new things to checkout! She has awesome apron dresses and Green cleaning supply gifts sets , plus much more.

Hope to to see you there!!!

Plenty of holiday sale action this week:

TONIGHT: Shop local designers and boutiques alongside "Chicago’s finest Fashionistas, Trendsetters, Society, Media and PR" at the Snow Ball from 6 to 10 PM at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel. Admission is free and the guest list is closed, but if you say the password "Boodles" at check-in you can still enter.

THROUGH SATURDAY: Koros holds a trunk show for local jewelry designer Winifred Grace; the designer will be on-hand tonight at the opening reception (5- 8 PM).

FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY: The Shops at North Bridge hosts a Designer Holiday Boutique with local fashion talents, including handbags by Ootra and vegan coats by Vaute Couture.

SATURDAY: More local designers—including Anna Fong, Christopher Augmon, and Melissa Serpico—convene at Wicker Park's Creative Lounge for the Holiday Indulgence shopping event. It includes an introduction to the ins and out of chartering a private jet as well as more affordable tastes of the luxe experience like makeovers and personal grooming services. RSVP to rsvp@luxlife.net.

ALSO SATURDAY: On the more indie side, the Empty Bottle hosts a Handmade Market. Potential gift items include jewelry made from recycled metals by Treasure Gypsy and baby clothes from Lily Sky Designs.

SUNDAY: City Soles holds a trunk show for a bunch of jewelry and accessories designers including Dollybird Design and Nittna. It's from 1 to 6 PM.

And here's one you don't even have to leave the house for: online, Robin Richman is offering a few of her favorite things at a gobsmacking 50 percent off as part of a 12 Days of Christmas Sale. Items include a crocheted and beaded necklace by Maria Calderara (pictured) that was $435 and is now $218. The catch: only one of each item is available at the discounted price.
